Orders & shipping
Where do you ship and how much is shipping?+
We ship worldwide. Shipping is free on orders over $100 (USD); below that it's calculated at checkout by weight and destination. See our Shipping Policy for delivery estimates.
How long will my order take?+
Orders are processed in 1–2 business days. Delivery is typically 3–7 business days in the US, 7–14 in Canada and Europe, and 10–20 elsewhere after dispatch.
Will I get tracking?+
Yes — every order ships with a tracking number, emailed to you when your order leaves our warehouse.
Who pays customs or import duties?+
International duties and import taxes are set by your country and are the recipient's responsibility. They aren't included in our prices.
Returns & warranty
What's your return policy?+
Unopened items can be returned within 14 days. Defective, damaged or incorrect items are always covered. Opened, non-defective LED bulbs and light strings can't be returned for safety reasons. See our Returns page.
How do refunds work?+
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5 business days of us inspecting the return (your bank may take a little longer). See our Refund Policy.
Is there a warranty?+
Yes — each product carries a limited warranty (typically 18–36 months, shown on the product page) covering manufacturing defects under normal use.
Products & installation
How long do solar lights run on a charge?+
It depends on sunlight, season, panel placement and weather, so runtime varies. We list typical figures on each product page, but they aren't guarantees.
Can I install these myself?+
Most solar and low-voltage kits install in an afternoon with the included hardware. Hardwired fixtures (like wall sconces and chandeliers) should be installed by a licensed electrician per local codes.
Are these waterproof?+
Each fixture has a stated IP rating (e.g. IP65/IP67). Match the rating to where it lives — splash-resistant items aren't submersible. Ratings are on every product page.
Do you make energy-savings claims?+
No. Efficiency depends on your usage and local rates, so we don't quote dollar savings. We do publish lumens and color temperature so you can choose the right light.

What payment methods do you accept?+
We accept major cards and PayPal through secure, encrypted checkout. All prices are in USD.
What will show on my statement?+
Your card or account statement will show "ACCENTOUT".
