Shipping Policy

Where we ship, how long it takes, and what it costs. All orders are tracked.
1. Order processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation when your order is placed and a tracking number when it ships.
2. Destinations
We ship worldwide. Some remote locations or restricted regions may be unavailable; if we can't ship to you, we'll cancel and refund the order.
3. Delivery times

These are estimates after dispatch and can vary with carrier and customs delays.
4. Shipping costs & free shipping
Free shipping on orders over $100 (USD). For orders under $100, shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Large or heavy items may carry additional freight, shown before you pay.
5. Order tracking
Every order ships with tracking. We'll email your tracking number; you can follow your parcel with the carrier from dispatch to delivery.
6. Customs, duties & import taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes set by the destination country. These are the recipient's responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping charges.
7. Lost, delayed or damaged shipments
If your order is significantly delayed, lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us at support@accentout.shop and we'll work with the carrier to make it right.
8. Incorrect address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer; re-shipping may incur additional costs.
