Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how and when we issue refunds. It works alongside our Returns page.
1. Eligibility
Refunds are issued for eligible returns (see our Returns page) and for defective, damaged or incorrect items. Items must meet the return conditions to qualify for a change-of-mind refund.
2. Refund method
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method (the card or account used at checkout, via Stripe or PayPal). We cannot refund to a different method.
3. Refund timeline
- We inspect returns within 3 business days of receipt
- Approved refunds are issued within 5 business days of inspection
- Your bank or card issuer may take an additional 5–10 business days to post the refund
4. Shipping costs
Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where an item was defective, damaged or incorrect. In those cases we refund shipping in full.
5. Partial refunds
We may issue a partial refund if a returned item shows signs of use, is missing parts, or is not in its original condition for reasons not due to our error.
6. Late or missing refunds
If you haven't received an approved refund after the timeline above, check with your bank, then contact us at support@accentout.shop and we'll help track it.
7. Disputes & chargebacks
If there's a problem with your order, please contact us first — we can almost always resolve it quickly. Filing a chargeback before contacting us can delay resolution. We retain order and tracking records as evidence for payment disputes handled through Stripe and PayPal.
