Returns

We want you to love your lighting. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.
1. Return window
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery for unused items in their original, unopened packaging.
2. Conditions for return
- Item is unused and in its original, undamaged packaging
- All hardware, accessories and documentation are included
- You have proof of purchase (order number)
3. Non-returnable items
- Opened, non-defective LED bulbs and light strings (for safety and hygiene reasons) — defective items are always covered, see below
- Installed or hardwired fixtures that have been mounted/wired
- Clearance or final-sale items, where marked
4. Defective, damaged or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. Defective items within the product warranty are covered regardless of the standard return window.
5. How to start a return
- Email support@accentout.shop with your order number and reason
- We'll confirm eligibility and send return instructions (RMA)
- Ship the item back using the instructions provided
6. Return shipping costs
For change-of-mind returns, you cover return shipping. For defective, damaged or incorrect items, we cover it. Keep your tracking number until your return is processed.
7. Refunds & exchanges
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund or exchange. Refund timing and method are described in our Refund Policy.
8. Order cancellations
Need to cancel? Contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn't shipped, we'll cancel and refund it in full. If it has shipped, treat it as a return.
